I know that it’s officially March and we shouldn’t be thinking about winter but apparently it’s still freezing cold in some parts of the world, i.e. PARIS!
Honestly, I don’t love winter. I think I just hate being cold. And I have never (and probably will never) get the whole layering tactic down and I’ve always found my groove in spring/summer dressing. However, this week in Paris I found an outfit that felt very natural for me and all I was wearing under my sweater was a long sleeve tee. I think the secret was in my sweater and coat choice, both of which are made from wool. And I don’t mean itchy, heavy wool. This wool was soft, weightless and felt super cozy.
Wool during winter, revolutionary! I know, I know, but there was really something extra special about the wool that felt almost like cashmere. It’s funny because I’ve had this coat for several months but only recently starting wearing it out a lot.
Do you see the little number next to the product? If you click on it, it will show you how many outfits I’ve styled the piece in.
What is your secret to dressing for the cold?
Special thank you to Ylenia for the beautiful photos.
