When a gloomy Saturday morning struck last weekend in Los Angeles and an empty calendar ahead of us, the husband and I packed up the car and drove over to Palm Springs.
We only stayed one night but I was quickly reminded of how much I adore Palm Springs. My family and friends typically rent houses in Palm Springs, which I would strongly suggest. The hotel we stayed at this weekend was not great {not gonna lie}. A lot of you asked where we stayed as I was posting on social media but I didn’t want to rave about it sadly. Outside of my woes, we were still able to enjoy some nice time by the pool and get a few tasty margarita’s in so all in all it made for the perfect, quick getaway.
We also hit up our favorite Mexican spot, Las Casuelas where they have the best live music and a great atmosphere to get you in the party mood. If you like Mexican food you might also want to check out El Jefe at the Saguaro Hotel. I’ve also heard great things about Birba and Workshop. It feels like every time we go there are new fun places opening up.
