Life 5 years ago Should We Get Rid of DirecTV?
Do you guys watch cable television anymore?
When Grant and I sit down to watch something, we always joke that we should get rid of cable. After all, we are paying $220 per month for DirecTV!? Isn’t that insane?
We pay $2,640 per year for something we hardly even use!
With all of the amazing shows and films on Amazon and Netflix, it’s a wonder that DirecTV hasn’t already kicked the bucket. While I do feel bad for them, they honestly need to get with the program. The only reason why we keep our subscription is for sports, but now you can access broadcasts on YouTube TV.
I feel like DirecTV should offer temporary packages for those of us who only want to watch major sporting events, news or things like the Oscars or SuperBowl.
Right now we just finished watching “Jack Ryan” part two after a two month binge of Big Bang Theory. I know we were super duper late to the Big Bang party, but damn was is fun to watch it all together. I cried because it was over. I’m also getting fired up for Schitt’s Creek to return!
