Resolutions have always felt very important to me.
As we near the end of each year, I always find time to sit down and reflect. Some years I take the approach of not making resolutions at all, and other years I create an itemized list. I cannot believe how quickly time has flown by this year and also how incredibly different our lives are from this time last year. I spent an hour sitting on the beach a few weeks ago and truly reflecting on the past year, thinking about my list of resolutions and I was wearing my new gear from The North Face because we were shooting a campaign for them.
I was trying to come up with an inspiring way to tie the brand into the beautiful surroundings, message the idea of “being present,” or find a way to be witty with my post.
But the truth is much better.
The first time I was introduced to The North Face was while living in the cold winters of Chicago. It was the very first insulated & down coat that I purchased in college. I’ve worn the brand for over a decade of my life and continue to gravitate towards their versatile, practical and classic pieces. When The North Face reached out to partner, I immediately leapt at the opportunity to help them promote their “Never Stop Exploring” campaign.
As I’ve gone from college, to moving out to Los Angeles, to my marriage and honeymoon trip with Grant and our countless hikes, ski trips and adventures, the amount of days I’ve spent wearing The North Face are countless. It is not lost on me that The North Face has quite literally carried me through my life and the adventures that I’ve taken.
I couldn’t be more proud to partner with this brand during the holiday season.
Special thank you to The North Face for partnering on this post.
Are you making any resolutions this year?
