Last week felt like a dream to be in Paris attending the one and only, Dior show. Not only was the show my first to attend this Paris fashion week season, but it set a pretty tough standard to be with a beautiful collection and drool-worthy dresses {scroll down to see photos from the show}.
While I didn’t wear this particular dress to the show {see what I wore at the bottom of this post}, I did wear this pretty red number to the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris where I took a private viewing of the “Designer of Dreams” exhibition.
“Designer of Dreams” is the biggest Dior retrospective ever staged, and the first in France in 30 years. It’s a story so broad it fills both the museum’s fashion floor and the nave opposite—more than 32,000 square feet in all. It tells the beautiful chronological story of the fashion house, it’s past and present, who wore it and more.
Christian Dior, “Designer of Dreams” is on view from July 5, 2017, through January 7, 2018. I highly recommend it if you find yourself in Paris. Oh! And be sure to eat at LouLou after {it’s in the same building. Make a reservation here}
The above photo is what I wore to the Dior show.
