I’ve always been curious as to why we refer to famous human-made architecture as “ruins.” Nothing about the ruins in Tulum, Mexico seemed “ruined” to me at all. Not last week but the week before, Soludos sent my photographer and me down to Playa del Carmen, Mexico for a little summer retreat. We spent a day exploring the famous Mayan Ruins where we were greeted with a crazy heat wave {should have worn a tank} and a lot of walking {thankfully I wore my comfy Soludos for the trip}. I highly suggest taking the trip if you are in the area. Just be sure to pack some water and good walking shoes for the journey.
