Day Looks 12 years ago The Damsel Drill
So many of you have written in asking for my workout regimen and first I must say thank you for asking! My motto, just like my new {soft} favorite tank from Old Navy is: Run, Rest Repeat. I love to run but I chop up my 2 miles by doing the following :::
Get the heart pumping with a mile run. Tune out any negative thoughts by jamming to some music & track your run with your iPhone app.
In between mile 1 and two break for the following :
After the drills I go on to mile 2 and try to beat my time from the first mile.
Don’t forget to stretch it out & drink plenty of water!
