It’s been harder and harder to find reasons to not work out lately.
Not only does it do wonders for your mental health, but now that we’re all working from home we should be able to easily find time slots to squeeze in a quick work out. Right after I had June, P.volve was the first workout that I eased back in to. The reason I love it is because it’s very easy, but also very effective. The Sculpt Society
I am such a big fan of Megan and her quick on the go workouts. She’s also just an overall amazing human. Her workouts will get your heart rate going quickly in the beginning with a fun dance routine, followed by floor and resistance work to tone up those muscles.
