Every fall there seems to be one standout sweater in my wardrobe.
It’s always an unexpected print that I reach for time after time, and this season it’s going to be this floral number that I recently scored off MyTheresa. I’ve been in a bit of a shopping slump lately, but MyTheresa is a place I always come back to when I need a fresh take on my wardrobe. They always have styles that are not readily available in the US and a plethora of brands to choose from.
You only need one {or two} statement sweaters in your wardrobe for fall and below you will find my top picks.
While there are so many traditional patterns we are constantly seeing {stripes, gingham etc.}, it is always fun to switch it up with something unique. This fall season I am loving the more eclectic patterns that have been popping up.
There is something so girly about puffy sleeves. I love this trend because no matter how basic the color or pattern of the rest of the top or outfit as a whole, this feature adds such a new dimension to the look.
One might think this sweater is way out of my comfort zone, but I truly adore it. I love that it gets to be the exciting part of an outfit and the rest can just be simple and easy. The season is only just beginning, and this is already for sure a fall favorite of mine.
There is something so simple and sweet about a sweater with a heart, star or lightning bolt {to name a few}. I love pairing something like this with a more sophisticated piece for the perfect juxtaposition of the two. I also am just always game for a chunky wool sweater.
Animal prints have been everywhere this summer from tanks to slip dresses, but why not for fall with knitwear too? Loving the take on it with this zebra vibe in leopard colors.
Last but certainly not least, you don't need a pattern to make a sweater fun. This season neons and other pops of color are absolutely in and here to stay.
Thank you so much to MyTheresa for partnering with me on this post.
