Travel 5 years ago Our Quick Trip to Cabo in November
We jumped over to Cabo for 2 nights for our best friend’s 40th birthday.
It was a super quick trip, but a wonderful excuse to sneak away just Grant and I to celebrate one of our favorite people, Burke.
Burke actually introduced Grant and I many, many years ago (11…12 years now?). Burke was on a date with my best friend, Catt, and they both called Grant and I separately to make it a double date.
We didn’t do a lot on this trip outside of chill in the sun and enjoy some spa and golf time. We stayed at a house in El Derado Golf Club which is just as nice as the rumors say it is.
Coincidentally, my father in law had just finished sailing his boat to Cabo all the way from Los Angeles. For those of you who don’t know about Holo Kai, it’s a gorgeous sail boat that my in-laws sail all around the world. I’ve been lucky enough to spend time on the boat in Greece, Italy, Canada in Mexico! We are really excited for where it’s heading next {stay tuned!}.

All in all it was a wonderful trip! We flew back to LA for 2 nights and are actually heading BACK to Mexico in a few days for a work trip. We would have stayed in the past, but now that we have June we definitely didn’t want to be away from her for too long.
