To consider a one-piece swimsuit too “Mom-Like” is a thing of the past.
Most of my favorite swimsuits are one pieces. They can be so versatile and when the fit is right, so incredibly flattering. My motto when it comes to swimsuits is “it’s all about the butt and the cut.” Ha! But seriously, it’s true. The right fit is everything {in anything, but especially swimsuits}.
I look for a few specific things when it comes to one pieces. First, I make sure there is enough skin showing. Usually this comes in the form of a cutout, an open back or a deep V. It’s also important to make sure it cuts the butt at the perfect spot. Cheeky one pieces are so cute {nothing too crazy}.
The right swimsuit will accent you in the right places and look seriously amazing!
It’s so fun to have a cutout in the front of your swimsuit. The Bailey by Solid & Striped is hands down one of the most flattering one pieces I own. The cutout’s in the perfect spot where you still feel ‘held in.’
Low backs are always a plus on a one piece. It’s a fun little surprise when you turn around and in my opinion is so effortlessly sexy. I especially love a thin criss cross strap, which often makes for a very flattering cut.
Probably the most classic way to add a little oomph to a one piece is with a low cut. There’s many variations and they look so cute with a pair of shorts or skirt over.
