Well, welcome! While scrolling through Instagram, or even browsing through Net-A-Porter and Shopbop, I always find myself discovering some really amazing brands- and I wanted to share a few of my recent favorites. Even while putting this list together, I ordered a few things… can you blame me?
Jade Swim has quickly become a beach/lake/pool staple for me. This Black-owned swimwear line is incredible quality, absolutely beautiful, and they’ve got styles that work for everyone.
Fashion forward, affordable, LA based, made with fabric made from recycled plastic bottles… need I say more? Meet JW Pei. The above image from their Spring/Summer collection had me in love. I also may or may not have picked up this beauty. Oops.
I’ve had a few Tove dresses on my wish-list for a while now. This gorgeous Black co-owned London based brand, has designed clothes that are as luxe as they are wearable.
Sustainable fashion meets luxury. BITE Studios uses natural organic fibers, recycled and low-impact fabrics complete with environmental and social certifications. Not to mention all of their pieces are gorgeous.
I found Cekette on Instagram and instantly fell in love. This unisex outerwear brand out of Turkey has some of the most interesting cuts and textile combos I’ve seen.
Made in LA, Angie Bauer is a sustainable brand with some gorgeous timeless pieces, like these shorts I just ordered! Plus, a portion of their item sales are donated to the American Civil Liberties Union and to the International Rescue Committee on a monthly basis.
Two words: cashmere bra. These elevated classics should be a staple in every woman’s wardrobe. Dresses, knits, denim, leather goods… Khaite has it all.
Black owned fashion brand Cushnie has been making waves recently for all the right reasons, and I’ve been a fan for ages! All of their pieces have beautiful clean silhouettes, staple separates, and are chic all around.
If you’re looking for easy tees and t-shirt dresses than the LA based Wilt is absolutely the answer. I’ve already got this dress in my cart!
