I think this season’s Chanel show was the best yet.
While I’ve only been lucky enough to be invited to a small handful of Chanel shows, this one really blew me out of the water {pun intended}. I knew from the moment I walked in and saw sand, that the designs were going to pull at my heart strings, but there was something different – something extra special – about the overall collection that is hard to put into words.
Attending the Chanel show at Paris Fashion Week can feel a bit overwhelming. I must admit that for my first few times, it kind of felt like I was going to a concert. The excitement and buzz in the air did not fully allow me to absorb the beautiful clothes in previous years. I think that this season though, I was really able to take a deep breath and feel more present while sitting at the show.
It also didn’t hurt that every single piece that walked the runway was something I could 100% see myself wearing. I’ve included a few favorites below {what’s yours?}.
Thank you so much to the amazing team at Chanel for inviting me and letting me borrow a few pieces to wear. This experience is always one for the record books and I feel so lucky to celebrate the latest collection with you.
