I’m starting my travel season out on such a strong foot after spending last weekend at a new addition to my Top 5 All Time Favorite Resorts of all time! Located in Cabo, The Resort at Pedregal completely exceeded any expectations I had when booking this last minute getaway. Just for the record, The Resort at Pedregal hasn’t asked me to kindly write a review on my blog, but I found my stay there to be too good not to share! This hotel is legit! A lot of the nicer resorts in Cabo you will find very far off the main strip, often taking 30 mins to get to/from the action of Cabo. This resort is perfectly situated minutes from town, but you still feel like you are in a hidden oasis, perfectly tucked away. When you pull up to the gates to enter, you are greeted by a friendly face following a very long tunnel that was dug out of rock which serves as the grand entrance to heaven. I do not have enough nice things to say about the food! Eggs with the best chorizo I’ve ever had, the Guava margarita’s are to die for and don’t even get me started on the guacamole. Ugh, I’m craving it all now! Did I mention that each room has their own private plunge pool? I can assure you that if you are as lucky as I was to visit The Resort at Pedregal that it will be a trip you will never forget.
