Outfits 10 years ago Time Is Money
I am a woman who is all about convenience.
When I reach for something to wear quickly, I tend to gravitate toward the neutral basics. I truly hate any outfit that takes too long to put together. I also hate any meal that takes too long to make. It’s interesting that the more complex an article of clothing or the ingredients in a dish, the longer it takes you to figure out how to style the item or prepare and cook the item. As I am doing my 10 Day Fed Up Challenge I have quickly learned that the best way to eat healthy is to eat basic! Just like my personal style.
Read more about my challenge at the bottom of this post.

Day Two:
I thought it would be a good idea to weigh myself last night so I have some sort of way to track/measure my success. What a mistake. I was kind of shocked to see that I weigh more than I ever have in my entire life – yikes! Just another good reason for the challenge . . need to taper the scale by a few notches! Having my coffee sans coffee mate wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I’m not a big breakfast person so I opted for a late brunch that included a ham & goat cheese omelette with almonds. When doing the “Fed Up Challenge” you can have sugar, just no added sugar. So, fruit and nuts {so long as they are 100% natural) are a-okay in Fed Up‘s book! As a late afternoon treat I had an Activate Drink. Wow did that taste good. And for dinner we whipped up some salmon in the oven with rosemary and lemon and paired it with steamed brussel sprouts. The hardest part of this 10 day cleanse is not being able to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of my day. I’ve decided that wine will 100% be considered my new “treat” when I reintroduce sugar into my diet. All in all I am hanging in there so far. I think my stomach is still feeding off of this weekend BBQ and Burgers. I know that tomorrow is going to be a tough one because my cravings will kick in. I think it will be smart to fill up early in the day with a larger breakfast and lunch than I’m used to.
