I did it!
Ten days without crazy sugar and I have never felt better. My skin feels amazing, I am 8 {yes, eight} pounds lighter and I don’t feel the emotional highs and lows that would otherwise ruin my day. I feel solid. Stable. Excited that I finally feel like I have a handle on my health. The 10 Day Challenge was completely eye opening to me.

Day Ten
I made it! All in all, the 10 Day Challenge wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. I’ve had my fair share of juice cleanses, South Beach Diets and other crash courses in trying to play the health game and I must say that this was one of the easier programs to follow. The main lesson I learned is to try and prevent yourself from getting to the point of starvation. That is when the desperation seeps through and you make unwise choices. Another helpful tip is to always, and I mean always, have your refrigerator stocked with healthy options otherwise a quick cruise through a drive through is so easy that you won’t even realize what you are eating until it’s too late. What I also took away from the 10 Day Challenge was the importance of looking at labels of things that we eat. It is fascinating that before I saw Fed Up I never checked the box of the “Fat Free Granola” that I was eating every day that really wasn’t fat free. And it truly isn’t about losing weight. It’s all about knowing what you are feeding your body. That is the most important lesson we can learn: Educate yourself. Go see Fed Up today.
