There is a crispness to the air and I’m curled up with a cozy blanket on our porch rocking chair, with a warm cup of coffee in front of me and a new book in my hand…
…I feel calm and relaxed just thinking about it – and it’s exactly what I’m envisioning for myself this Fall when I have some down time at home. For the past few weeks I’ve been saving a bunch of different books that sound interesting to me to my Amazon cart and I am making it a goal this season to pick up a book to read, instead of scrolling my Instagram feed.
Giving yourself a break from your tech screens is so important for your overall health and wellness, and I definitely want to make a more conscious choice to have my ‘me time’ be screen-free and to relax with a good read.
