Before you take a vacation do you ever save all of your cute, new clothes for the trip? Prior to hopping over to Hong Kong, I found myself digging up my basic black & white dresses to wear around LA. This off-the-shoulder number {which is now marked down to $70!} is already one of my summer favorites. It’s comfortable, it wears wrinkles easy and it can be worn with heels or flats.
