While I’m not the biggest fan of the Self Portrait website shipping & returns policy, they sure do know how to make one hell of a fine dress. I have ordered hundreds of dollars of product directly through them and have a few concerns:

The sizing on these dresses is way off. I’m typically a size 2 but have to order a size 8.
The customer service is not the friendliest.
You have to wait weeks to get product that you have to return because of the sizing issues and you have to pay for that return AND a customs fee on top of that.

Outside of my bad feelings regarding the actual delivery and sizing of the product directly from Self Portrait, I still love, love, love their designs. I mean, they know what they are doing. So I might order from ShopBop instead and learning the sizing issues took some time, but even with a few set backs I am still a fan.
