Outfits 9 years ago My Self Portrait Sadness
While I’m not the biggest fan of the Self Portrait website shipping & returns policy, they sure do know how to make one hell of a fine dress. I have ordered hundreds of dollars of product directly through them and have a few concerns:
- The sizing on these dresses is way off. I’m typically a size 2 but have to order a size 8.
- The customer service is not the friendliest.
- You have to wait weeks to get product that you have to return because of the sizing issues and you have to pay for that return AND a customs fee on top of that.
Outside of my bad feelings regarding the actual delivery and sizing of the product directly from Self Portrait, I still love, love, love their designs. I mean, they know what they are doing. So I might order from ShopBop instead and learning the sizing issues took some time, but even with a few set backs I am still a fan.
That should say something.
