Outfits 6 years ago Work Attire for Monday
A lot of you have asked for inspiration on what I’d wear to an office. Back in my Corporate America days, this outfit {minus the hat} is something you’d find me wearing to my jobs in production at E! News or Imagine Entertainment. Even though I was in an office setting, I’d still add a pop of something fun like a striped tee under my blazer. In fact, it was at those jobs that I was inspired by my peers to start my blog, which eventually turned into my full time job.
I always found it pretty difficult to find sleek and sliming tailored trousers that didn’t make me feel like a grandma. When Banana Republic reached out to have me style their new Sloan Pants, I was amazingly surprised to find how sculpted they felt. They sit lower on the waist and the leg has a nice stretch, but recover well. I really do love the fit and highly suggest investing in a pair to carry you into fall. There’s nothing greater than having some key basics for a new season!
