Day Looks 9 years ago Taking It Back
With each trip to Aspen I always revisit the beautiful bridge that runs over Roaring Fork River. As the snow falls differently year after year, the graceful landscape takes on a new shape. The bridge, however, stands strong and always stays the same.
Being a girl who is keen on tradition, I have not only been revisiting my favorite Aspen spots, but I am also revisiting an old favorite store from my high school years: Abercrombie & Fitch. I partnered up with A&F who is helping outfit me for the holiday season. I have to be honest: The 30 year old in me hesitated at the idea of going back to a store that I used to shop at in my teens. But all I can say is: Wow! I have been truly missing out on their sweet demin. This distressed pair is my new favorite and as you can see on my Instagram they haven’t really left my legs since I put them on. To me, the more you wear distressed denim the better but this pair feels like I’ve had them for years.
I guess the lesson here is that we should always look at things like the Roaring Fork Bridge. Just because time has passed and the seasons may change the way we look at things, doesn’t mean that the quality and love is lost.
