today’s menu: scrambled eggs with cheese, chicken apples sausage & fresh fruit. southwest steak lettuce wraps with corn and black bean salsa. apple snack with one tablespoon of peanut butter. chicken fajitas with roasted peppers, spanish rice & beans. dessert was cherry cobbler but it’s gone.
rule of thumb: protein should be the size of your palm and sides (good carbs and veggies/fruit) should be the size of your fist.
