There is honestly no better wardrobe staple than a strong military jacket.
Currently my absolute favorite is this sick military jacket by Balmain {recently marked down!} that the team at Net-a-Porter let me borrow for Paris fashion week. After wearing her around for a few days, I understand the value in the higher price tag. Balmain is known for utilitarian style that meets feminine fabrics that flatter any body type. The material of this blazer feels like it can quite literally handle anything, even dragging it through mud {not that I would!}, yet it will still look fresh and as luxurious as day 1.
I know many of you want to test out styles at a lesser price tag prior to investing, so I’ve linked a few more affordable options below. But if you are looking to make a strong investment in a classic wardrobe staple, look no further than Balmain.
The classic military style blazer that will transform any outfit.
Shop NowThis standard military jacket is from one of my favorites, MANGO. It is so similar to the Balmain piece and very affordable for a trendy piece.
Shop NowMix it up with a different color, nude is a great coat color for spring, especially this Ralph Lauren officer jacket.
Shop NowAnother score from MANGO, both of their military style coats are perfect {I already want one}.
Shop NowDress the style up a bit more with a more blazer-like fitted coat for Spring. Revolve is always a good place to look for trendy pieces.
