Sorry it’s been a while.  But I’ve been busy. With what?

Cooking.  My favorite pantry item? Mae Ploy Chili Sauce.  World Market sells it too. I cook my shrimp in it so they taste spicy and fried southern style and toss with Sesame Seed Oil and Vinaigrette. We also use it to make our all time favorite “Chicken Thai Pasta” but that’s a recipe for another post.

Took baby #1 to the vet. He’s ok. Good ‘ole Willie Potato McBacon

Spontaneous Saturday night trip to Vegas for my cousin, Kerry’s, birthday.
