With Mother’s Day just around the corner, you may or may not be searching for a simple something to cook up for supper. I whipped out my inner “Domestic Damsel” last week and cooked up the easiest recipe I know to share here with you.

Bon appétit!

1 lb. of large shrimp {peeled}

1 Lemon

Salt & Black Pepper

Parsley, Garlic Salt and Crushed Red Pepper

Bread Crumbs

Linguine Pasta

Peel shrimp & set aside. Boil water in a pot for pasta. Chop up about 6-8 garlic cloves. In a small pan, begin to melt a tablespoon of butter and just as it starts to sizzle add the garlic. Once garlic starts to sauteé, add the shrimp and cook until golden. Sprinkle in all of the spices to taste. Once the pasta is cooked and shrimp are done, combine all into a bowl and sprinkle bread crumbs on top to serve!
