Damsel in Italy

It is truly difficult to pick only 7 favorite spots in Florence to recommend for great views & great eats. But keeping in theme with my Seven Daugthers exploration of all things stylish, I discovered 7 new spots that I had to pass along to my readers in case you ever find yourself in Florence.

Find the full list at the bottom of this post.

Buca dell’Orafo: Mushroom pasta with cream sauce that will leave your mouth watering for more.

Mamma Gina: Go BIG! Pasta & Steak and this place has 100000% the BEST tiramisu of my life

La Giostra: Dark, cute, romantic and a celebrity favorite

Antico Noé: Tiny hole in the wall sandwich spot for lunch and walk down to Vivoli for gelato afterwards

Vivoli: Best. Gelato. Period.

Westin Roof Top Bar: A hidden gem that offers incredible views of the Ponte Vecchio, Duomo and sunsets over the river

Four Seasons: It’s no secret that I’m a huge Four Seasons fan. Be sure to check out Il Palagio and Winery Room with around 400 bottles on display

  1. Gorgeous photos! I love Firenze, I visited in 2011 and can’t wait to go back someday soon. Such a perfect combination of old & new. Enjoy xxxxxxx

  2. The silhouettes of this outfit are stunning. They are flirty yet sophisticated and complement one another perfectly. The colorful top is balanced by a neutral skirt and the Valentino pumps are modern edge. The look fits your surroundings beautifully with a classically modern appeal.

  3. I studied in Florence for a semester in college and you’re right, there are so many good spots you can’t possibly name them all!! I love your picks and that you included the reason why :). I can’t wait to go back…also LOVE your top!

  4. Keeping this list as we are leaving for Italy in about a month and will spend 4 days in Florence. Thanks for the recommendations, can’t wait!

P.S. Hoping the restaurants don’t mind well traveled boys (10.5 and 13 years old) :)
